Good Day. Thank You. I am relatively new to Divi as we only recently changed our builder.
Thank You for the advice. We usually use css to equal height, Did not do it here though as it was a custom design and I didn’t think it would make a difference.

Good Morning. I trust you are well.
https://ibb.co/VqXfcqs This is the image. There is no long description. Yes, I did try to change the theme to Astra. I also Disabled all the plugins. I actually first thought it was Elementor as the shop page is custom built but that does not explain why 2 of her domains are doing the same. One Astra and one Vibratex.
The reason why it is hard to pinpoint is that it is only certain products. In the end, it might just be elementor that is messing me around as Her 3rd Domain is built on divi does not have this problem, and also has a custom shop page. I am going to try storefront and see if this still happens and I will load the stock woocommerce shop page.

    Kind Regards: Pierré

There is one thing I would add. I am not sure how much experience you have but woocommerce shop page cannot be edited. There is another way. Build a custom shop from scratch. Divi is a lot easier but elementor can also be used to build a custom woocommerce shop page. This does take longer but the end result is worth it. I am not sure if I am allowed to add a link. If not please remove it. https://jsflooring.co.za/store-1/ custom woocommerce shop page. I am not going to give a tutorial as it’s all over Google.

Thank You. We are still busy on her website. We had to build a custom shop for her as the woocommerce shop page did not have the functions she needed. We used shoplentor. We did this before and she’s the only client that has this problem. What is funny is that we did not create a staging but a completely new website and she has the same problem. I built her other website using Divi which is a lot easier building a shop page with no issues. We disabled all plugins including Elementor and it still had the same issue. This is a weird error. It would not have been a problem if she did not have over 2k products. Guess I just redo the products that give problems and then it works.

Good Day. I trust you are doing well.

We disabled the plugin to run some tests. If this does not work, I’ll start disabling plugin per plugin. I am pretty sure this is either an IP issue or a plugin issue. We have installed PayFast for around 50 clients and this is the first time we have had this problem. I will post the results here if we get this sorter, so that if someone experience the same problem, there may be a fix.

    Thank you for your Assists

Good Day, I trust this day finds you well.

Sorry for the late response. We are just hectic busy.

I apologize. Completely miss typed. He is using Payfast. This is the only payment gate he uses.

The plugin he is using is Woocommerce Payfast Gateway.

    The system log is

    https://jmp.sh/s/vzIcnrt320z7vlnFCoyh

There is no fatal error logs.

Not sure if this is the order sheet that you need https://snipboard.io/Ym6upy.jpg

or do you require the order form that he received through his email?

One thing I did notice is, that he has a tracking plugin that is actually made for PayPal. Not sure if this plugin may cause a conflict.

Good Dayh. Sorry for the late response.

The plugins name is just newsletter. I will see if I can find their forum.

If the client knew which plugins he used, I could have disabled the other newsletter plugins. I might as well just try it. I did uninstall some a few months back as his Elementor would crash and that sorted this problem.

This is all the plugins he has installed. The newsletter plugins do not update at all. Only the main newsletter plugin updated. I was thinking of disabling all the other newsletter plugins but my client does not know which plugins he used
