I Changed the post format from image to standard and preview, the header appeared, but when I publish it and open the post, the head isn’t there. then I realized I creat this one including the other couple of posts with elementor, they all has no header and footer. but I couldn’t find the option for me to choose show the header and footer in elementor when I open the widget panel.

@joyously I have update PHP to 7.2 NOW, It works. but I couldn’t update to 7.3 Which is latest. I couldn’t find the reason as I have check all the version of my plugin is the latest version. I guess I have to accept the reality from now. what do you think?

the problem is solved, it is related to the weird character of the file name caused by Chinese character of the file’s name. I deleted all of them and upload the new files without Chinese. the problem solved

the problem is still there, I am going to ask my sever provider one more time

@t-p Thanks, I have deleted those comment and understand the reason behind it.

@jnashhawkins I believe the cause of the problem is found, which is PHP Zlib extension should be enabled and the weird character in media library’s photo must be deleted. you guys may not have the second problem if you use English only. the server will display weird character if there are some Chinese character in the file or folder name, which will affect the loading.

Secondly, when I disable the PHP Zlib extension, the webpage on the phone garbled immediately, that is why I am so sure.

@kartiks16 the problem is solved. plus my media library keeping uploading, I solve both of the problems by figure out the weird character files’name caused by Chinese characters in my database. so, for similar problems, you can check the file name if there is any weird character. I don’t know how the problem related to this, at least, so far, there is the only fact I can link the problem. anyone can carry on the discussion for deep understanding if necessary.

@jnashhawkins both my sever provider and domain provider the DNS is fine there. I have to check somewhere else. so what do you think?

@kartiks16 I have installed the HC, it seems to be ok for the checking results. which part of the result do you want me to share here? basically, it shows the version of wp, service,PHP, etc and cache and updates policy. I don’t believe it can detect any error of any plugin, which I believe is patient cause

Well, I have a problem with receiving 5 comments in a certain period of time which I believe is abused or spam. the post used default comments from WP, without any plugin
