I’ve downloaded filezilla (it has really bad reviews – even called dangerous by a couple of them) – haven’t a clue what to do next now that I’ve downloaded it.
Still can’t access anything related to my website, so can’t try any of the suggestions.
What to do now? Thanks in advance for anything that can help!
