In reply to: Image data does not exist. Please re-upload the image.I just discovered this problem/bug this morning. I have posts from 2008 – 2010. Images featured in 2010 posts are fine. Images that are aligned to post years 2008-2009 seem to a problem.
When I click the “add an image” button for any 2010 posts, I can see the image dimension. But this is not the case for post 2009> – the full size dimension is listed as 0x0.
I’ve search Google and the www.remarpro.com forum and could not find a solution.
Anyone?

In reply to: WP 2.9 ImportingProblem Solved!!!
My wp-postmeta table was bloated beyond belief – it was populated with a lot of custom field data that I no longer required. I deleted the data and a former 21.5MB database was reduced to 500MB!
I exported the XML file and the import ran smoothly.
@henkholland – thank you for helping me. Greatly appreciated!!

In reply to: WP 2.9 ImportingI’m still having a challenge with this. Can anyone point in the direction as to how to breakdown the exported file (i.e. XML) into smaller parts.
Thanking you in advance and Happy New Year!

In reply to: Prob upgrading to 281 with Firefox 3I did not experience the same problem you did with Firefox 3 (3.5 in my case).
The one thing that has caught my eye after a successful upgrade to 2.8.1 is that the line numbers are missing from when you are in the theme editor.
Is it the same with you?

In reply to: How to add Archive and CalendarHi Josh,
To create an archive page like the one featured in Brajeshwar’s Nishita theme, you need to do the following:
1. From the Dashboard, choose WRITE —> PAGE and title it (with the quotation marks) “Archive”
2. In the page template selection below, use the drop down box and to change it from “Default Template” to “Archives Template” and save it.3. head over to the theme editor, make sure that the Nishita theme is the current theme then theme editor
4. select the “header.php” and look for “<!– BEGIN #nav –>” as the menu items are listed underneath it. The archive link, in my case (https://www.picpu.com) is listed below the “home” link.
<li id=”nav-home”>” title=”Home”>Home
<li id=”nav-archives”>/archives/” title=”Archives”>Archives
In closing, I hope this helps you with the archive. I have no knowledge of the calendar archive.
Best,
Clarence
