Sorry I’ll continue in English as well… No I understand, but I use plugins to minify CSS/JS. So not sure if this will affect the working of the CAOS plugin.

No I used my mobile phone, not logged in, no wifi.

Nothing is checked… only added my GA code + checked Position of tracking code to’footer’.

I finally figured it out myself, it was not so hard at all it seems.

For people who needs this in the future:

Just create different radio buttons, but give them all the same button-code.

Example:
[radio radio-1 “Option 1 here”]
Enter
[radio radio-1 “option 2 here”]
Enter
[radio radio-1 “option 3 here”]
Enter
[radio radio-1 “Option 4” “option 5” “option 6”]

Replace the 4.4.0 version of /wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php for the one of your website on your FTP server.

Replace: /wp-includs/class-phpmailer.php for the one from WordPress version 4.4.0
