Hello guys, the issue with the confirmation link was fixed. We’re currently testing the other changes that we’ve made to the plugin before we release it.

A quick fix is to set a custom page where subscribers should be redirected to after they confirm their emails.

This can be done inside the plugin settings page on the Pages section.

Hello, you can increase the quantity by adding the item a second time. The more times you add the item, the more the quantity increases. Click on the X icon to reduce the quantity.

For the second issue:- When you check the “User can set a custom price” checkbox, the user will be able to set a custom price during checkout. It does not mean that you can set a custom price in the Invoice editing screen. Though we have a task to make this a possibility in the near future.

This is now possible.

You can indeed use your own email templates with Noptin. Check out this article for instructions on how to do that.

This being said, I think we can make the above process a little more intuitive and easier to accomplish.

I do not understand why your emails are not sending since Noptin uses the same mail function that WordPress uses. Can you see any errors in your debug log?

If not, please send me your WordPress admin credentials so that I can check and troubleshoot your WordPress configuration.

Are you able to receive other WordPress emails? If you are not sure, install the Email Check plugin and test to see if your WordPress installation can send emails.

Currently, this is only possible using the filter wpinv_currency_code which is passed the invoice ID as a parameter.

I’ve added a task for this so that in a future version you will be able to specify a currency when creating an invoice.

How do you suggest we go around implementing this? Do we add a list-select field on opt-in forms? Or do we allow admins to specify a list for subscribers who sign up via a specific form? Another thing, do we allow a single subscriber to be a member of several lists or do we limit them to a single list?

Lists are something we previously avoided implementing so as to keep the plugin lightweight and make it a little easier to use (most admins don’t know what a list is and just want to send an email to their active subscribers).

What if we allowed admins to filter email recipients by a given subscriber field? Would it solve this specific issue? For example, you can ask Noptin to only send an email to users who have a specific custom field? This will work together with the “hidden” field that we’re planning to add in the next update.

Just had another look and it seems like this fix was never merged into the plugin. However, the code was ready as early as version 1.2.3. You will have to wait for next week’s release.

I appreciate you taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We already had plans to add a checkbox field (as well as a few other fields) in this update but we sort of ran out of time. Next week’s update will include those fields.

Hi, to be compliant with GDPR, all you need to do is add a note to your form’s footer informing new subscribers that by signing up, they consent to receive emails from you.

However, we understand why you would want to explicitly display a consent checkbox and this will be possible in today’s update.

Unfortunately, there is no way to enable double opt-in at this time. However, this is a feature that we are currently working on. It should be available in this Sunday’s release.
