This is probably your WordPress security issue, please check if you use any security plugins please try to deactivate or please reset permalink settings to check what’s happening.

Do you use any other plugin from PickPlguins? could you please check your plugin list, if yes please try to deactivate other plugins from PickPlguins and see if the error still showing or not, let me know the result.

not sure which text you mean? please go to layout editor and set the elements you want to display on the grid.

Hi, we used the_content filter hook to override question single page templates,

you should remove the hooked function for question templates, by adding following code on your theme functions.php

remove_filter( 'the_content', 'qa_single_question_content' );

see the following file, line: 1592

question-answer/includes/functions.php

then you can add your own hooked function.

There is no such feature to set column numbers, you will need to set grid item width value like 30% will give you 3 columns in each row.
