Have you fixed the thumbnail issue, I can see the thumbnail on your site. also if this is still not solved please go to layout editor and make sure you added media element on the layout and featured images is enabled from media sources.

I have conditionally removed the function if not exist, could you please download it from Github and reinstall the plugin and let me know the result.

This is happening when lazy load image is missing, adding a lazy load image will fixed the issue, hope you understand.
