It needs to be moved for business reasons. I thought exactly what you are saying and have talked to folks at GoDaddy several times about this.

I’ll give it another shot.

Oh, and I did contact my hosting provider about this and they said it was a WordPress problem.

I’m wondering if it’s not an s2member problem.
I’ve been able to duplicate the problem consistently.
Users can login to the top level site but can’t login to the subsite.

I have had this problem to. Work-around that I’ve been using is to delete the user and re-add them.

It would be great to know what’s causing the problem.

Primary Blog is rubys.erckhotels.com and it’s the only blog listed there.

and Create a Network -> Step 3 Allow Multisite instruction:
