Yes I am using Vietnam server. But I am from Japan.
Is this problem depend on the hosting company?

I use WP BackItUp instead of that.

CentOS release 7.2.1511
Apache/2.4.6
PHP 5.4.16

It is ok if on the CentOS 6 with same server.

I have same problem.
