Thanks for reporting this.
The issue should be fixed with 1.17.8 version of the plugin. However, we will be able to take a look but would you be so kind to contact us at [email protected] because we might need some additional information?
Thanks in advance!

Firstly, I would like to thank you for spending the time to leave a review. Our goal is to provide the best support possible and help you through your WordPress journey, that’s the reason why I would like to appreciate if you had a bad experience with us.
I ran a quick check and I noticed that you had two support queries with us. One from an year ago, and one from two months ago. I can see that in both conversations were handled and closed appropriately by our Technical Support team.
However, if you are experiencing further issues, we will be more than happy to help. Can you please provide us with more details on what seems to be not working, so we can investigate properly?

Hope you are safe and well. Thanks for your question and for your interest with NitroPack.
Unfortunately, automatic switching between multiple free CDN accounts isn’t possible with our service. We offer a single CDN as part of our plans, including the free plan. When you reach your CDN limit, NitroPack is automatically disabled.
You can find more on our plans and try out the free plan in hour pricing page HERE.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
You’re correct that NitroPack is not a standalone plugin and requires a connection to our servers to function. That is because NitroPack is a bit different from traditional caching plugins. Instead of running all the heavy lifting on your server, we handle everything on our servers. This means things like caching, image optimization, and file compression don’t eat up your server’s resources. This is especially helpful if you’re on a plan with limited server resources, like shared hosting.
This is also mentioned in our description in www.remarpro.com
Optimizations with Zero Impact on Your Hosting’s CPU and RAM:NitroPack handles all resource-intensive optimizations, including caching and image and file optimizations, on its servers. This preserves your hosting resources, allowing your website’s speed to improve seamlessly without imposing any strain on your server’s CPU or RAM. This guarantees efficient and uninterrupted performance enhancement.
We know this setup might not be what everyone is looking for especially if you were expecting a plugin that works entirely on its own. But the big advantage here is that your server stays fast and doesn’t slow down, even while we’re making your site faster.
If you have any questions or need help with anything, just let us know. We’re happy to help!Best,

Please accept my apologies over the late reply here. Hope you are well.
We can definitely fix this for you. However, we will need some more information around this. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to assist with this one.
Best,
PlamenHey there,
Sorry for the late reply here! Hope you are safe and well.
According to our developers, there are few reasons for that warning, most notable of which are theme/plugin using “echo” and whitespaces before/after PHP opening/closing tags. Also, if echo, printf, var_dump or other output is used that could lead to such notification.
In detail the reasons are explained here: https://stackoverflow.com/a/8028987
You can use the following articles with the help of your developer to find exact code that is responsible for the error:
https://www.wp-tweaks.com/fix-headers-already-sent-errors-wordpress/
As a last resort, you can also disable error reporting. If you are still experiencing this, please contact us at [email protected]

PlamenHey there,
Sorry for the late reply! Hope you are safe and well!
This seems like a security-related tool that considers our cache as malware. What I will suggest is to contact our support team at [email protected], so we can help the best way possible.
Best,
PlamenHey Jerzy,
Hope you are safe and well. Please accept my apologies over the late reply.
We actually have a free version. You can find it here – https://nitropack.io/pricing. Below the paid plans, you have a button “or check us in action with Free Plan”. You can use that one.
With the Free version you’ll get advanced caching, image optimization, automatic lazy loading, critical CSS generation, and more. The free plan provides up to 5,000 pageviews and 1GB of CDN bandwidth per month, shared across all websites in your account.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Hey @nautilusmarketing ,
It’s Plamen here, Head of Support at NitroPack. How are you?
We have checked the home page with and without NitroPack. Everything seems to be loading fine and we were not able to observe any sort of layout or CSS issues. Is the issue observable on the home page or if you can provide us with the exact URL where the issue is observable. Also, if you can point us out the exact components, so we can properly investigate. Thanks in advance!
Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks for this.
This seems like a warning about a mobile caching file that is not in the allowed path. Must be coming from the SDK. Shouldn’t be anything serious.
Can you please provide more information or steps on how to reproduce this? You can always contact our Support team as well at [email protected]
