As I have discovered with my temporary fix above, this does not hide the link in Google Chrome. Does anyone have any other ideas or, better yet, solutions?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Private Content] Settings Will Not UpdateThank you for the clarification… will do!
LJ??
I’m going to try another software. Something more simple, not that yours isn’t good, I think that our customer base just needs a system that will make have more clarity for them. Thank you for your quick response though. You are awesome.

no, just the page with all the different help tools and tasks. Same page whether I’m logged in or not. And keep getting that same page when clicking on submit support ticket. Would you like me to use the form on “Pre Sale Question” ?
LJ
I can’t figure out how to open a ticket on your support page. I am logged in but every time I click on Open Support Ticket in the drop down menu under Support, it takes me back to your over General Support page. How does one go about opening a support ticket? Your system is not as obvious as others. Standing by and thank you.

No luck. Fresh install into a thoroughly sanitized database. So, I’ll use another gallery for this particular site. But, if you do receive reports of this from others, and find that an update to the NGG plugin solves it, would you message me directly?
And thank you for your fantastic-personal tech support. You are a gem.

Thank you. Will do this today.

Thanks!

Here’s the order in which I tested.
1. research the heck out of it on the forums ??
2. delete NextGen through the admin plugins area. Reinstall by auto-download and auto-install. Activate NextGen only and see if error occurs. It does.
3. Deactivate all plugins and switch theme to TwentySixteen. Reactivate NextGen only and see if error persists. It does.
4. Keeping all plugins deactivate, delete NextGen through the admin plugins area. Reinstall by auto-download and auto-install. Activate NextGen only and see if error occurs. It does.
5. Delete NextGen through admin plugins area and reinstall by downloading zip to local computer and upload to site through ftp. Activate NextGen only and see if error occurs. It does.
6. Deactivate NextGen.
7. Reactivate Avada theme, so as to not lose configurations in next step.
8. Clean database through WP database cleanup and optimizer. Optimize database.
9.Reactivate NextGen and test. Problem exists.
10. Reactivate all other plugins and test again for kicks-and-grins. Problem (of course) exists. And that’s where I am with this. Happy to send to you admin access and ftp.
Also, I uninstalled and installed the plugin 4 times. Once through ftp just to see if that could shake it loose. No luck.
Hello out there… checking in to see if anybody is looking into this or has an idea for me. I see answers to more recent posts. Feeling a bit over-looked ;-0.
Thank you,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Safari Browser – No Items Added to CartOne more question… I should have asked this. Even when we use the 2014 theme, the cart functions even more poorly with Safari than with optimize press. If you are still on hand to give it a test, I will change the theme and you can give it another go to see what I mean. Standing by to hear from you.
Thank you,
