Hi Sandip – I have a similar problem that is only on mobile devices. My client’s site was working well. Now the ability to enter credit card information on a mobile device (desktop/laptop is fine) is not available. There is no form, just a blank area under the credit card icons.
    – I’ve rolled back to 3.3 with no success.
    – I’ve restored to 3.4.1 with no success.
    – The server memory limit is 512Mb.
    – Max variable input is 4000.
    – I’ve tested by disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Square.
    – I’ve changed themes. Deleted cache in between every test.
    – The Business Location in the Square Settings is set.
    – No page builder is used on the checkout page.

I can send you a system report.

Thank you for any and all assistance.

    Your solution worked beautifully.

(And for others who might encounter a similar issue, I really like the plugin Child Theme Configurator by Lilaea Media. It is much easier than hand coding as many of us had to do in the past.)

All fixed up now and moving forward.

Thank you for the speedy and accurate support. Rock on.

Hi Alejandro – thank you for your reply. We inquired almost 4 weeks ago about this. With no prompt support nor evident fix to the issue, we decided to delete your plugin and integrate a different method to accomplish the presentation of our restaurant menu.

    Hi Roch –

I was able to get the venues to update by disabling SportsPress, deleting htaccess and then reactivating SportsPress. I’m not sure why this worked, it’s sort of like unplugging the VCR back in the day and then plugging it back in. I just gave that a try and it seemed to do the trick.

Should another user encounter this same snag, suggest this I guess?

Thank you for the excellent customer service and response time. I think I’m good moving forward!

Hi – tested with Twenty17 and Twenty16. Issue not resolved. ??

Tried pulling the code to see if that helped. Didn’t. ??

    Next steps?

    Greg –

This seems to have straightened it out nicely. I would leave your reply visible, but would you delete the error message above so that our backend information is not visible.

I can now move forward with styling the presentation and configuring the remaining parts of the ads and emails etc.

Again thank you for your prompt and excellent customer support ??

    Greg-

Thank you for the prompt reply and clear guidance. I had read about this in the documentation, but I had deactivated in a different area of wordpress. I confused myself. I hope your reply will help others who are perplexed too.

Best wishes and rating this plugin with all the stars available.

    Hi Thomas –

Always a good question. Yes,I went through due diligence of WordPress testing protocol, before coming up with a work around that would keep the order payments processing.

I had the same issue with two different client websites today. I finally disabled the Braintree Paypal payment (not Braintree Credit Cards) and enabled PayPal standard.

This allowed both BrainTree Credit Card payment button to show and the PayPal pay now button to show when PayPal is chosen as the payment portal.

I will check back on this in a couple weeks to see if there is a better fix and that I can convert back to my previous set up.

Howdesign – Good job! That fixed it. I went to the cpanel for the hosting, scrolled down to the email area, selected the MX Entry and switched it from Local Mail Exchanger to Remote Local Exchanger. PERFECTION!

    Thank you!

    Hi Calmin-

Thanks for the ultra quick customer support. That is awesome. I’ve decided to go with a plugin that integrates more seamlessly with Business Directory – and has lots of options for added flexibility. Yours is terrific, but the one I am using does everything that I need.

Thanks again for great communication. This support ticket can be closed.

It disables registration, but is then replaced with Blog Admin which I prefer that contributors do not have access to as we are wanting to re-route them elsewhere per the configurations of the Login with Ajax Settings area. Assist please. LJ
