Hi Cubecolour, no problem…thanks again. I looked at all the index.php files in the blog folder and none of them have the line you stated (with permalink, bookmark etc..)

ok, turns out I had two blog folders so i deleted one and now the theme is showing up in the “manage” themes area of administration. I activated it but now when I try to upload a logo I get this “error”

Folder isn’t writable please make sure this folder is able to be written to by the web server

I looked at the permissions and they are all at 755.

I did not use a zip but I did try uploading the zip via the administrator/appearance/install and this is the “error” i got.

Unable to create directory /var/www/vhosts/lariasaunders.com/httpdocs/blog/wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
