AS the Mesmerize Pro problem is ehen it should display a range of pre designed pages where you can edit the individual sections but not the overall design it is not possible to use the clasic editor .

I am using the standard lay out of the Events Calendar. I have run the plugin you suggested WP Debugging. This generates a string of error messages which I have attached as a link

Clicking on the item with red box around it has no effect. Were do I find the restriction to open and remove it?
