The limitation is that the links must contain the ISBN, so unfortunately we can’t have links directly to the Atriuum item record.

The plugin should be compatible with your version of WordPress, but I suggest upgrading to the latest version anyway. This may solve your issue.

There could be several things causing the error. To find out which it is we would need to look at the errors generated when the plugin is activated. You can see these errors using a debugging plugin or in the error logs on the server, if you can get them.

If you set a custom placeholder image in the plugin settings those blank spaces will be replaced with said image. Unfortunately, OpenLibrary.org is missing cover art for many newer titles.

You could try using the Amazon image server, since that is what your Koha catalogue uses, and the cover art in the Bookshelves should match what shows in the OPAC. The only issue with Amazon is that is does not work reliably with ISBN-13, but prefers ISBN-10. Baker & Taylor or Syndetics should also work well.

Try turning off the Variable Width option on the slider settings tab.

The Bookshelves in tabs appear to be working correctly. Is there a particular device/browser combo that had an issue?

CW MARS runs Evergreen ILS so in the plugin settings set:
Catalog System & Image Server: Evergreen (ISBN/UPC) or Evergreen (Record)*
Catalog Domain Name: catalog.cwmars.org
Catalog Profile/Config (optional): With Evergreen this setting will restrict results to a specific library, not showing copies in other collections. You can find this value by looking for the locg parameter in the URL after you make a search query limited to a specific library.

*ISBNs & UPCs may be easier to look up, but if you may want to use the plugin to showcase items that have no ISBN or UPC you’ll want to use the Record option which uses item record numbers instead.

You should not have to change your reports. B&T and Syndetics have good support for ISBN-10 and -13.

You may get better results using Baker & Taylor or Syndetics as your image server. Amazon’s image server has very sparse support for ISBN-13.

Remember to resave your Bookshelves after changing the image server if you are populating them from Koha reports, or any other web service.

Yes, this plugin can support OPAC-SBN!* Before I add the option you can try it out:
In Bookshelves > Setting > Catalog Settings select:
Catalog System: Other

*You may get better results using another image server option. I noticed that some items have an image associated with a different ISBN. So you might get a working link with no image, or an image with a broken link.

Please update to version 5.4 and see if the issue persists.

First, update your plugins and theme if you haven’t already. Are you using any caching or speed optimization plugins? If so, try clearing caches or adjusting setting related to scripts. I’ve had no issues with WP 6.2.2 so I suspect something else is interfering.
