This plugin can work with OpenLibrary, if your titles exist there, but it won’t help you with searching or lending. This is meant for highlighting small groups of items in a collection.

Select SirsiDynix Enterprise for your catalog system and that should do it!

As of v5.7 you can disable the capitalization function in the plugin settings.

The URLs in the bookshelf you linked are formed correctly, though I now realize Vega allows you to link directly to an item record using ISBN or UPC:

I will update the plugin to use these instead of links to search results.

Also, check to be sure you haven’t selected Overdrive in the eBook Catalog box in the Bookshelf editor.

The inline script id=”bookshelf-init-js-after” is in the wrong place… This script needs to be after slick.min.js. Are you using plugin(s) which shuffle scripts around to improve load times?

You could use a plugin such as WP Safe Mode to switch themes & disable plugins for a logged-in user without affecting anyone else who visits the site. That may help you narrow down the source of the problem.

The Bookshelves are meant to be hidden until the plugin’s JavaScript is loaded. That JavaScript is not present on the page.

Are you using caching/optimization services which change how scripts are loaded? It seems the plugin’s scripts are only present on your homepage.

Can you send a link to a page where you are having an issue, or show me the plugin settings you are using?

Looks like you may need to have your Sierra admin whitelist your webserver IP for API access.

Supercat is returning record numbers for items instead of ISBNs. The plugin is expecting ISBNs with your configuration. I had not accounted for using Aspen with Evergreen, but this issue can be fixed.

In the meantime, if you have access to the Aspen API that should work better for you.

If you wish to change the size of images the URLs point to, you can modify line 1019 of the plugin’s functions.php.

This plugin does not work with Worldcat images because the image URLs do not contain the ISBN. I suggest using a different image server to fill in the missing images.

There is no search function, since it is designed to be used in conjunction with a catalog. Perhaps something like LibraryThing would better suit your purposes for sharing your collection.

You are not doing anything wrong. It seems I broke the cloudLibrary feature. I’ll fix it in the next version very soon.

I suggest using Baker & Taylor or Syndetics as your image server.

If you can get any error logs from your web server I could troubleshoot why the placeholders are not being used.
