Likewise I am also having the same problem with WordPress 2.8.6. My dashboard looks the same as the screen shots above. I’ve checked it in IE8 and Firefox 3.5 under Windows 7 and Firefox 3.5 under Ubuntu Linux. I must admit that I’m a little disconcerted that such a mature application should fail like this.
