I got the issue: buddyboss integration plugin must be activated for every needed subsite, not network activated. This way it works. There must be some issue with buddyboss platform itself (their customer support wrote me it’s not fully multi site compatible).

It doesn’t work for me. Should the buddyboss integration plugin be network or single subsite activated? If I activate both gamipress and addon only for subsite, it works and I can see points on user profile. Network activating both plugins it never shown points on user profile.

I was trying to troubleshoot…and then I just found this topic. Hope you will fix it soon (I’m not able to show point or whatever rank achievement on BuddyBoss profile).

Meantime, I discovered why images are not loaded (now also the left and right arrows): connection to the image remote url is not safe.

While waiting for your support, I’ve just found a way to create custom field ids in Gravity Forms (https://stevegrunwell.com/blog/custom-field-ids-gravity-forms/).
Followed the instructions from your guide about Contact Form 7 (with and withouth the custom field mod), no way to get submitted data updloaded to Consent Dashboard.

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, I also opened ticket with more technical info about the issue (wrote it in italian). I’ve found that declaring missing functions in theme’s functions.php temporarily solves the problem, but then it triggers a 500 error in website homepage caused by a double function declaration.

Please also provide support for Gravity Forms, it’s not being recognized by your plugin… I have 5 different forms on my website, javascript procedure described for Contact Form 7 (https://www.iubenda.com/it/help/13287-consent-solution-wordpress-contact-form-7) would take too much time in my case.

Plugin compatibility issue confirmed with BuddyBoss theme (following error shown after clicking on “Autodiscover Forms”):

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wc_print_notices() in /var/www/html/site/wp-content/themes/buddyboss-theme/woocommerce/checkout/form-checkout.php:22

Compatibility issue with WooCommerce 4.4.1
I tested on a staging site on BlogVault, disabled every plugin until the only ones remaining were Iubenda and WooCommerce. Error triggered with WooCommerce activate was error 500 (different 404 error shown on my production server possibly due to Nginx and different server configuration from BlogVault).
