    If this payment method is still being offered there are a couple of things that come to mind as to why. I will be using the following Codex documentation as a guide so please feel free to follow along:

    First, please go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments Tab and ensure that this payment gateway is NOT enabled. (My testing shows two that will need to be disabled, Paymentsense Hosted and Paymentsense Direct).

    Next, can you please ensure that you have completely disabled and deleted the extension for your site from the /wp-admin/plugins.php screen?

    Finally, please clear any browser cache, server cache, and/or disable and flush all CDNs like Cloudflare.

    Once you’ve removed everything and flushed all caches you should not have this issue. If for some reason the extension is still showing in your site after removal then the only other method would be to access your site’s server and manually delete the file for this extension from the wp-content/plugins/ folder.
