Thanks for getting back to us with this information. I’m not seeing any red flags so far but I do recommend enabling the Debug Logs for the PayPal configuration. This will show if there is some sort of interference and hopefully what caused it. You can learn where and how to do this from the documentation:
You can either wait for a customer to place a transaction or place a small one yourself. Once you have debug logs please reply back with that. If there is sensitive information in those logs, please be sure to edit it out before posting. I hope this helps!

Thanks for reaching out with your question about changing the visual layout of your products in the mobile view. The number of products shown is not managed by the block itself. It is managed by the site’s theme. I can think of two ways you may be able to customize this though.
First, is by checking your theme options to see if it has a way to control this. Second, is to add a custom CSS rule to the site’s Additional CSS section. You can target the block by adding an “Additional CSS class(es)” entry to give it a unique class to apply that CSS rule to.

Does that still allow for that?Yes, as long as the “Enable payments via Saved Cards” is enabled, the customers will be able to make payments in the manner you are asking about. I hope this helps! Thank you for clarifying about external payments. I am sorry to say it is not possible to send customers to Stripe to make payments for orders. It is all intended to be done from the site’s Checkout page. There is also no default way to redirect a customer when a card is declined. Custom changes would need to be implemented to get this to work in the manner you have described. I hope this helps!

I think the best path forward at this time is to try a Conflict Test to see if one of the other active plugins or the site’s theme is causing interference. I recommend reviewing our documentation on how to conduct this test. Then return and let us know the results of that, please. Thanks for your feedback. It will require some research but there are extensions that will allow you to create and implement custom order statuses. These can be used to create a custom status before the Processing status. If you configure a status like that to be used after payment is accepted instead of Processing then the customer support staff will have time to update it once their changes are made so it can be sent to ShipStation. If you chose to look into this, make sure it has a setting that will also automatically change the order to Processing after a set time period so it will be successfully synced with ShipStation. If you are willing, you can disconnect and reconnect the Facebook plugin to your Facebook account. This may reset things. If that doesn’t work you can try to use this free plugin to completely disconnect your site from your FB shop and then reconnect everything like a new instance.

We have found that this issue is related to a bug that our developers are currently working on. You can learn more about that here:

In one case the issue was caused by a site using both Facebook for WooCommerce and the Facebook Pixel plugin. Is this the case for your situation? Are there any other pixel plugins or integrations. If either are true, please disable all but the Facebook for WooCommerce extension and test again, please.

Thanks for contacting us about this testing issue being seen. The error message you’ve shared looks to be related to the WordPress PHPMailer rather than something in WooCommerce or the Square gateway. Can you share if the customer receives the email saying the order was placed? Please test this and let us know what you find.
I don’t see any issue with the Request/Response log you shared. If you look you’ll see:
Response code: 200
The 200 code means the connection between your store and Square was successful. There isn’t anything unexpected in this. Can you check the error logs in the store and share any Fatal Errors or Square logs you can find, please? You can find them in your site at:
**WooCommerce → Status → Logs tab**
If there are any logs please find the most recent of each and share them in your reply. I hope this helps!

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support. The best way to change the text of labels is to use a translation plugin like Loco Translate to “translate” the word “Shipping” in that label to say “Delivery” instead.
