In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] How to Get Tax Breakdown Report?Hi @4kittenbritches,
Thanks for reaching out about getting reports about taxes. In regard to creating the reports, please only use the Analytics offerings. The Reports section is being deprecated and may not hold all of the data you need. It may also be incorrect when calculating.
You should see the same tax rate name in the Analytics section as you do in the Reports section. I have a test store using WA State as the location the taxes are configured like this:
Screenshot: https://d.pr/ouvhus
And it shows in the Analytics Tax report like this:
Screenshot: https://d.pr/xRMJMC
It appears that yours uses “Tax 1” in the “Tax Name” tax settings. I recommend changing the titles to those city names then refreshing the order data in the Analytics section. You can do that by navigating in your Admin to Analytics → Settings. Then scroll to the bottom to find the Import Historical Data section. Uncheck the “Skip previously imported customers and orders” box and then click the Start button.

Once that import finishes the reports should show the new names you have configured in the Tax settings. Please reply to this thread if you need more assistance on this matter. I hope this helps! Thanks again for contacting WooCommerce.com support. I hope your week is treating you well. Take care and stay safe!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Conflict with WPNOTIF and Additional GatewayHi!
Thanks for your reply. I understand that rolling back Google Listings and Ads to v1.13.2 has corrected the Guzzle issue. The error logs you shared on that in an earlier message show me that the error starts in the Additional SMS Gateways plugin. Have you reached out to that team on this issue as well? Since the error starts with their software I recommend also contacting their team about this issue. They may have helped other customers with this issue that could assist here.
Once that is done, please reply here and update on your progress. We’ll continue from that point. I hope this helps and that your week is treating you well. Take care and stay safe!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] haveing issue with woocommerceHello @viji421
I understand there is an issue with the Thank You page loaded after a customer places an order, correct? If not, please clarify the issue.
In a case like this I recommend conflict testing to find out if there is interference from another active plugin. Please perform this testing and reply here with an update on the results.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Cant disable messenger in plugin settings anymore.Hi! Thanks for reaching out about the troubles you’ve seen with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. I recommend reviewing the product documentation to see if any of the information there can help:
If that does not work then I recommend using a free mini-extension we have developed to reset the site and clear any current settings. This should set your WooCommerce site so that you could completely start over with the Facebook plugin if you desired:
I hope this helps! Please reply to this thread to let us know if you have any further questions.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] google listing ads plugin add unite price attributesHi @mrgusto
Thanks for your submission. Can you share more about what you are seeing, please?
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in the thread.
I also recommend looking for any PHP Error Logs that might have been generated regarding this issue.
https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/
I recommend reviewing the logs for any sensitive data that you do not want shared publicly. Once that has been done please share the most recent of any relevant logs along with the Status Report.
I hope this helps!
Hi @grimareaper

https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce-how-to-re-connect
I do know that you’ll need to be logged into your Facebook Business account rather than your personal account so please be sure of that. Let us know more about the process you have used for this and reply with an update, please. I hope this helps! If you have any further questions please feel free to reply to this message and someone will get back to you.

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out about the issue you see with Apple Pay and WooCommerce Payments. I understand that Apple Pay is not being offered when it should be. I have checked your site and can see the Google Pay button when using Chrome but I don’t see the Apple Pay button when using Safari. This means that overall the Express Checkout buttons should be working.
Can you share if you’ve seen our documentation on how to get Apple Pay to work in WooCommerce Payments? I recommend reviewing that and replying with any feedback or questions.
https://woocommerce.com/document/payments/apple-pay
If you find any inconsistencies between your process and the documented process please let us know. If you have followed that documentation carefully and the issue still does not resolve please reply here with the site’s System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce → Status:

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Back In Stock NotificationsHello!
You’ve asked if Square is compatible with the Back in Stock Notifications plugin when Square is the Source of Record in the store settings. This should work. The other plugin should only track the product inventories in the WooCommerce part of your store.
Once those are updated via sync it should trigger the Back In Stock notification to send those notifications. More about how Back In Stock Notifications can be found in the extension documentation.
https://woocommerce.com/document/back-in-stock-notifications
I hope this helps and that your week is treating you well. Take care and stay safe!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] facebook for woocommerce problemHello @dafnex35
Thanks for changing the language and sharing the screenshot of what you are seeing. Can you enable the debug mode for the plugin and test again, please? This will create logs in the site that could show more about what’s going on.
Once you’ve tested this please check the logs in your store settings at WooCommerce → Status → Logs tab. Open the drop down menu and select the most recent log for Facebook and click the ‘View’ button to load it. I also recommend looking for any ‘fatal-error’ logs. Those could show more information about what’s occurring.
If you find any relevant logs please share them here. But be sure to obscure any private customer and/or store information before submitting. I hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] ccHi!
Thanks for reaching out. Can you test to see if the mailgun service is somehow related? If you can temporarily disable that then run the process to get the customer download again. This should allow the site to use the
wp_mail()
function to send the email instead of mailgun. If this corrects things then I recommend contacting mailgun support directly and let them know what is occurring. If that does not correct things then I recommend performing a thorough Conflict Test to see if the site’s theme or one of the other active plugins is causing this behavior. Let us know if any of this helps and where things stand after your testing.
