Thanks for the quick reply. Yes it is indeed a strange seating plan, and yes I am fine with a straight row seating plan. This is what I first started with and that was working fine it is just that when I want to select my seat it is not the proper seat identification so it will be a problem once they get their ticket.

Concerning your recommendation I have an issue to import my templates. I always have an error message saying the the zone for all the seats are not defined but I don’t understand why as for me I defined everything.

Here is the layout that I did and that works with regular row numbers :

For now I am using only one zone and from what I understand in your message this would be the template you are suggesting to export and then import it back in right?
Sorry but I am really not getting the template thing.
