    Hi,
So i have a customer with a valid vat number. Normally they create the orders themselves via the website.
However this time I did it manually as an admin via the backend. First setting up to order with normal vat (default WC behaviour), click “recalculate” etc. and as a last step I would like to remove the vat.

Perhaps I could do your workflow/trick. But I was expecting that when I click “exempt VAT” and there is a valid vat number the vat would disappear. This is not the case. I have to manually add the meta data “is_vat_exempt” and set it to “yes” to make the vat disappear.
I think it is a bug, let me know your insights.

I have the same issue and will follow this ticket. I will also open a new ticket

    Hi @wpmudevsupport16 @wpmudev-support8

I have the same problem. I have reuploaded the plugin manually after downloading manually. Same problem still.

having the same issue here. Worked for years and always update directly. but after last update customers mention creditcard payments are no longer working. So please, what has changed and broke? Many more people will have this problem but are perhaps not aware of it yet. Hope to hear soon

I just though about this some more and did some extensive research. In most countries the highest tax rate on your order products should also apply on the shipping tax and fee tax. So there are 3 cases:

    1. if you only sell a product with the high rate, the fee should use the high rate.
    2. if you only sell a product with the reduced rate, the fee should use the low rate.
    3. if you have a combined order with 1 product with the high rate and 1 product with the reduced rate, the fee should use the high rate.

This seems like a simple logic which could enhance this plugin significantly.
Hope you can implement this soon. Or as an option for those who want to use the current tax settings.
Of can you show me were I could add my onw logic to the plugin files? Im a coder but I do not want to recreate the complete plugin myself.

Hope to hear soon. Happy Holidays!

I experience the same problem. Did you find out what was wrong?

I have the same issue. Following

I had the same issue also around the 12-01-2023 and customers mentioned this to me.
I fixed by changing the ‘sent from’ field in WC.
But ideally would there a ways that certain emails are send from [email protected] and other email sent from [email protected]?

    Just like it was before.
Also, Did this break due to the STMP plugin or due to Woocommerce?
Love hearing your insights on this.

I have the exact same issue. Following this thread

Got the same problem, just like many other users are mentioning. This look slike it has more to do with this plugin than with the configuration many websites have. Please look into this please. Plugin is nice but with these errors it is unusable! Thanks.

    Here are my error reports:

This also makes a lot of sense to me. We also have reduced tax rates for some products. The plugin should look at the products in the cart and calculate the average tax which it should add to the fee. Then also hide the line “(includes XX VAT %)” as this is confusing for customers.
Hope their will be an update soon on this as many other shop owners have similar problems (which they sometimes are not aware of) .
Keep up the good work! Really like the plugin

Same issue. make it an option the admin can set. Following

Would love to know this aswell!

@tfrederick014 Just wanted to let you know that I don’t have any problem with double fees. Could it be another plugin you have which is conflicting?

@chetnapatel This new version seems to fix the problem although its not completely perfect.
When I load the page you will see first the credit card field collide and then show again.
    I made a video about it: https://filetransfer.io/data-package/7Eo3Xsbn#link
Link will expire in 10 days.

Also when you switch between e.g. paypal and creditcard it seems to change the layout a bit.

Hopefully these glitches can be ironed our in the next update. Thanks for the update ??
