Starting 18-01-13 05:47 the countryflags disappeared in slimstat. Downloading GeoLite errors Forbidden. Website with little traffic but the 18-01-12 there was a burst from the USA, so I will block them for some time.

No chart here either, will wait for fix

Same here: white screen of death. After usual renaming plugin folder with ftp working again.

Here is my error, guess it is the same issue. It happened after I tried to publish a new post; before slimstat worked. Tried the manual refreshing of the directory to no avail.

Any suggestion on what I should add as a filter? Listing every individual IP is not really an option. I use the IP Filter plugin too and for some time have been adding IP’s or ranges there, especially from places outside the countries I blocked (US, Germany) that somehow visit my site after a tweet. That helps, they don’t show up in the stats. So for me the best solution would be if stats does it work after block country, as it does now for IP Filter.

Thanks. I will try the IP exclude, however I fear this will be a lot of work.
BTW: When experimenting I switched back to client-side. This (still) doesn’t work: nothing is logged. I excluded the .js from minification as advised. I use W3 total cache.
BTW2: Although I have excluded bots some bots that are recognized as such are not excluded. For instance 37.187.56.76 says crawl18.lp.007ac9.net . Maybe it’s an idea to have the botfilter behave as a (configurable) short-visit-filter.

Strange. There was good reason for the “me too” reactions as the whole site went blank because of the plugin. I assisted someone by showing how to disable the plugin over FTP. And picked up a suggestion to roll back to a previous version. All in all, it was not spam. And leaving only the first post and deleting the rest doesn’t make things more understandable

And so there is a difference between /topic/xxx and support/plugin/xxx ? Didn’t know and not very useful to have two seperate forum-places for the same plugin. It would have been better to move the whole thread to the correct forum in stead of deleting posts.

As stated above you rename the folder titan… in the plugin folder. By adding an X or so.

My whole site went blank because of the titan update. Disabled it by renaming the directory over ftp. Please post here when there is a fix.
