Uhm I know the fix for this … give me a second to search for it. I had to make ac hange to wp-rss.php to get it to work (NewsGator was kicking up a fuss with the feed even though it “validated”)

At the moment it’s more than likely got a space in it when it needs a -.

I converted my site over from blogger to wordpress and did the import across but unfortunately no comments came through.

Maybe I was missing something?

Would it be possible for you to give us the error message that’s coming up when trying to install WordPress?

I installed spam karma yesterday and in 1 1/2 days it’s eaten 90 spams with most being from those horrible poker people that you mentioned.

Nice out of the box experience…

btvillarin you seem to have the exact same issue as me – the “Comment Verification” page is showing up without any forms or captchas there.

The URL called was https://blogged.btvillarin.com/wp-content/spam-karma/captcha_confirm_form.php?c_id=101&c_author=Alistair

You should see my comment waiting in moderation. Could this be a Kubrick issue then?

Messed around with the url above for the two images and I am 1/2 way on getting it right. Still seem to be a ways off though!

Am using 1.14 alpha 5 which I downloaded today

I installed the excellent Spam Karma pluging from https://unknowngenius.com/blog/wordpress/spam-karma/

and then inside my index.php file I added

• Spam Eaten: <?php if (function_exists(‘spamk_stats’)) spamk_stats(false, true); ?>

  That plugin is great – I was getting hit by quite a bit of comment spam and so far this seems to have stopped quite a bit of it.

Nice looking site – unfortunately the comments come out *really* small in Firefox and IE for me.

On my hosting providers cPanel it’s accessed as follows:
1) mySQL Databases
2) Then at the very bottom of that mySQL page it lists phpMyAdmin

Remove the “-q” as I think that causes some issues … I have setup a rule to delete the bounce emails even though the post does go through.
Better than nothing for now but I guess I can experiment to see what I can do to stop the bounce.
