Solved. This was due to the Contact Form 7 javascript not being included, so the ajax wasn’t working. The javascript had previously been disabled to improve performance.

Yes I tested with all plugins disabled and 2021 theme at the same time. I’ve just tested again to make sure.

I have rolled back to 3.71.1 but still get the error.

I only get the problem when not logged in to WordPress.

Sorry to say this error has come back again.

Still using jquery 3.6.0 and WordPress 5.8.1. Mailpoet version is (3.71.2) and Mailpoet Premium 3.71.0

It looks like a Dev spotted this because 3.71.1 has just been released which fixes a conflict with Elementor. Updating to 3.71.1 has fixed the problem.

This means that I must have failed to disable Elementor fully when testing, so apologies for that.

We’re using 2.8.2

Did you get a solution to this amandaa007? We have started seeing this issue in the last few weeks after updating to Woocommerce 5.

Unfortunately the “items sold” field is the total number of items in the order. So if someone orders 5 different products then the value shows as 5, even if I have the filter set to a specific product.

I’m surprised that more people haven’t had this problem since it seems something every e-commerce store would need to do.

Do you know of any stock management plugins that might help?

I just upgraded from Easy Apache 3 to 4 and it appears to have fixed the problem for me.

From the debug it was allocating 128mb and without opcache enabled it was managing 9 PDF invoices.

I managed to get the hosts to double it to 256mb and now it can do 20, which is fine for me (I haven’t tested higher).
