Most of my viewers can download .pdf file with no problem. But quite a few viewers just report the same problem.

Sorry for the false alarm, my problem is different and has been resolved.

It turned out [SINGLEEVENT single_event_id=”2″] does not work right. Have to use [EVENTRGIS]

I have similar problem, my page shows nothing and “Attendee&Payment” shows zero attendee
