Hello there, please let us know if this issue is being reviewed. We have realized that it is exclusively related to the taxes. Even when the order is made the free gift item gets displayed with the tax value only. It is only visual though, but it can be very confusing for the client.

Note: The “Free product” is the free gift that gets added with a coupon

I saw your demo, I bealive there are no taxes active in your environment, right?

We updated your plugin and saw that the slick.js is now v1.8.1. Anyhow Betheme is loading the v1.9.0: https://barbaraswelt.teamq.biz/wp-content/themes/betheme/js/plugins/slick.min.js (I have no clue from where they might have gotten this version)

Unfortunately it’s still not working, but I think, now, I will have to get in touch with Betheme since I see slick.js kenwheeler github latest version is indeed 1.8.0…
