Thanks for your help. The solution was to make a simple table and put description in one TD and the [wp_cart_button name] in another.

Hello again. I am learning much as I delve. I even answered some of my own questions already. ?? However, I do not think a product box is going to help me at all. First thing is that it requires an image. I do not use images.

If you look at my we site, I describe a service on a single line and click on a button that says “REGISTER”. There is no product image.

I really need to have the word register at the end of the description line, not under it.

I have to say I am surprised considering the popularity, longevity, and extensive coding of this great software, that something so simple is not already available. Perhaps the request is not as common as I might think.

Anyway, any help is appreciated.

Why is it that instructions says to use:
[wp_cart_button name=”Product….” etc]

While your link says to use:
[wp_cart_display_product name=”product” etc]

While I am using from an older install and which still seems to work:
[wp_cart:my product:my price]

Hi, I read it. Thanks. However, this is n’t want I want to acheive. And I can’t see how I can even possibly modify the instructions so I can get my desired result.

What I want is:

This is product 1 [Add to cart]
This is product 2 [Add to cart]
This is product 3 [Add to cart]

I do not want:

This is This is This is
product 1 product 2 product 3
[Add to cart] [Add to cart] [Add to cart]

However, it is possible to have TWO products, with one having no short code but a descritopn and the next one to the right no description but with short code? Thus the ending result is what appears to be one horizontal product.

Any further assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If I read it right, it seems there is a fix in LSS version 0.34.0 but I have that installed!! I see I am way behind as version 0.43.0 is current. I know this because I use it on a different web site.

Unfortunately I cannot log into the site with the problem via wordpress. I do have access through my host provider and FTP.

Is there a way to solver this problem through the access I have?

I am also looking to see if my host provider has any security measures in place to cause this problem.

I do have a few questions.

Is there a way to see the passwords attempted?

My attack went on for HOURS. The longest delay in LSS is 60 seconds (tier 3). Is there a way to make it like 5 minutes when it is an obvious attack??

I was getting up to 5 emails a minute with each email sent after 5 failed attempts. If the delay is tier 3, 25-60 seconds after 10 attempts, shouldn’t the login attempts have been limited to just two a minute max after ten failed attempts if those were inside 120 minutes?

Are there any known issues with IP blocking wp-login file?

Thanks so much. I will look into the FAQ. I will also look into IP blocking wp-login.php. I see that is possible.

Seems to me kind of silly to rename admin account if it is so easy to find what the new account is. Then again, if I make it a REALLY bizarre name and not MyAdminAcct then maybe it will be even more difficult to break in.

OH MY ..

Ok .. I have not seen this code anywhere that Alch has provided. but I cut and pasted into my child theme and changed teh percentage value in “width’ and BAM!! The content space got bigger and margins smaller!!

This is what I am talking about .. There are some people out there who are just happy as a clam to help out and provide good answers. Peeps like us are EVER SO GRATEFUL!

Just so I am sure what you are saying .. Can I find what you posted above in the parent styles as is (where I can cut and paste into child styles? Or is this your modification that I need to just cut and paste into my child css and make changes?

Also .. I may want to do the same for a right sidebar page. Any help there?

Finally, I assume that what you mean by “margin wrong key word” is that I was to focus on the word “width”?
