In reply to: WP WishlistMister X is right. I see no reason to slam someone for simply providing a list of wishes for WP. It is my understanding that WP wouldn’t be what it is without them. I read no offensive “tone” in OrbitJuice’s post, nor any malicious intent.

In reply to: Table ‘wordpress.wp_options’ doesn’t existI’m sorry. Through the multiple reinstalls, I neglected to update that field this last time. Thanks for the reminder. Now, I can go play with the other kiddies!

In reply to: Table ‘wordpress.wp_options’ doesn’t existThe config file has the correct information for my database name, username, password, and host. I just went ahead and continued on from the aforementioned error and now I’m getting Windows error popups in WP options, always regarding nil value in a field.

In reply to: WordPress One Click BackupA backup/restore thingy in Admin? That sounds waaay cool! That is one of the things that kept me from trying out a dynamic package such as WordPress. I’m sure others are very hesitant about this situation, too. To take away that hesitation would be a great feather in WordPress’s cap. I’m all for it!

In reply to: A thought: WP with GalleryI like it, too. However, I wish that it allowed me to view the pics at their source (i.e., let my web browser autoresize the large ones). Also, it doesn’t approach anything like the multimedia gallery idea addressed previously in this thread. What a concept that is! I wonder if it will ever happen.

In reply to: Newbie: How 2 integrate WP with current websiteYour link took me to a page where the center column, the blog, overlays the rightside column. Obviously, that isn’t how it looks on your browser, but that’s how I see it. I’m using IE 6.0 at 800×600 resolution.

In reply to: Trouble with Right-Click Menu PostsI’m going to bring this issue back to the surface, because I have as yet solved the problem. If this feauture doesn’ work, shouldn’t it be taken out of the CVS at least? Also, how do I remove it from my IE menu? Alternatively, how do I make it work?

In reply to: Date View DropdownI ran a search through mySQL and I couldn’t find either “2004”, “2005”, or “2006”. Where are these dates in my dropdown stored and why are they there? More importantly, how do I get rid of them and have them replaced with valid dates from existing entries?

In reply to: Trouble with Right-Click Menu PostsSo, how do I get the bookmarklet thing to work? I have IE v6.0 and now have two “Post to WP” menu items that don’t work, after trying again with the .reg file.

In reply to: Time difference and Timestamping1. I see that this is not an issue in the current CVS, as timezone changes beyond the 13 hour restriction have been removed. (Wonderful thing, that CVS!)
2. I think I answered this one myself. Just remove what is in the time_format field under Other Options.
