Okay, managed to fix that, one last question: when I switch to Advanced viewer the auto-rotate desappears, how can I add it to the Advanced viewer too? Or if not is there a possibility to add user controls (I mean the little hand that moves from left to right) I just want to add a indicator that users can rotate the model and it is not just a static image.

Switching the viewer made a huge improvement to the realism of the model, but now we are stuck to white background. We are developing a black theme website so the white background doesn’t fit our needs. Can you help me with that? The background color is set to black but does not change

Thank you, I’ve changed it from Viewer 1 to Viewer 2 and that seemed to do the job.

I was afraid I need to do that…honestly I was looking for a workaround but I guess using the pro features of Elementor is the way to go.

Hey, @ruudiz I wanted to ask if you’ve found a solution to that issue. I’m facing the same problem and I can’t seem to find a solution.

I’m also using Header, Footer & Blocks plugin.
