Now, after a couple of days looks like I’m getting the webinar shown so I suspect this is to blame on the cache/server side although all were flushed multiple times.

I’m going to update this ticket if needed, but for now, no further assistance is needed.

I’m aware of the latest cf7 supporting only reCAPTCHA v3 but sadly it doesn’t work on my en even with new website keys that I regenerated a couple of times.

I tried to reinstate v2 with another plugin but no luck…

As per instructions from here and WPTouch pro, I tried adding user agents so I can make WP Touch Pro work, but sadly it didn’t work.

I added them to 1 field, and like this as well but nothing worked.

I wouldn’t like to leave my URL public here so I sent a request over your website as well.

Sadly, I’m still having issues with this, so disabling the caching on mobile didn’t work.

Where can I send you my website url (and wp credentials if needed)?

no, default comments are showing but not from the plugin.

Tried with the cookie called wptouch_mobile_theme_showing but no results.

When viewing on desktop I’m not seeing that cookie even show up.

I can privately share (slack) site url if you want to take a look into this.

But I’m not sure that’s the correct name as I’m not seeing consistent rule with varnish…

yes, you are absolutely right.

If passing a unique cookie to mobile visitors, we can configure varnish to disable cache when detecting that cookie.

I’m trying to find a way to do this for the last 2 days but so far no luck. I’ve remembered that there is a wp_is_mobile function that can maybe help with this but still didn’t test it.

Hi,

I want to show the popup on page by default, but at the same time if someone visits that page and has some identifier in the url (ie. a specific group of people will receive an email to see new content on that page, they don’t need to see the subscribe popup form again).

I have a pro version of the plugin so I’ll reach out to you over support link as well…
