In reply to: My home page disappeared and I am redircted@rosehosting,
Thanks for replying!
I could find the DB only on the UltradraftPlus plugin, it was restored.
However, in principle, the first question is: can I just copy the files from the 2020 copy?
I don’t think that I have the database from 2020… ??
I have no idea how it disappeared, without any change from my side.
Thanks again,
petrutechHi,
It is now on “smart crop”, (I’ve did it after the endless options), therefore it is no change…
Maybe there is another plug in which matches this template and may be exchanged. I mean “stealing” a responsive one from another system / template and inserting it here…
Or… Giving up, and deleting the slide.
However, as you can see at the third screen-grab, I have 2 slide tabs. Maybe is THIS the problem? I am afraid deleting one…
Thank you!Thank you very much DNutbourne
Indeed, it made the change, and looks better now! Thank you!
However, I am missing something, I do something wrong…
The pictures on the metaslider appear stretched on any smartphone.
I suspect that maybe the pictures size are incorrect. I made them as I saw in the default 1920 x 400px. I tried cropping them, I tried to uncheck the 100% – I’ve changed everything that may be changed, but the result was the same. I am attaching 2 screen grabs. I am stretching screen. Up to one point it shows OK, not stretched, but continuing as a “smartphone” it is deforming.
Unfortunately I don’t know CSS, just html…
As well, the small window “shop now” is sliding down.Any idea how to fix it will be very appreciate!
Thank you!Hi DNutbourne,
I’ve tried all the options before asking for help / assistance…
I’ve also checked it with several devices, each time emptying the cache. Unfortunately, it always remains the same, no matter what I change.
I’ve even tried to “deform” the 3 pictures by changing sizes. No way ??
The only way I haven’t tried so far is changing the .jpg to .gif or .png – but I really don’t think that this is the problem in mobile.
In “desktop mode” mobile it works OK. I mean “landscape” mode, not portrait.
Thank you,

Center align, Auto play, Hover Pause, marked.
CSS classes, Print JS, No conflict mode, marked.
