I see. I will evaluate the theme to see if it meets our needs first. I really like that its possible to do so much settings of the typography.
About the thumbnails, I really don’t understand what the problem might be. I hope I can understand that first too. For now I will use the columns with one video in each column.

Thanks, I have removed the other plugins, removed MaxGalleria too and reinstalled it. Still no thumbnails. And I tried installing the theme Make and MaxGalleria on another wordpress blog, still no thumbnails. I don’t know how you managed. The plugin doesn’t seem to be making any thumnails to the server either. So if you have any other suggestions of what I could have missed, they will be most welcome.

That was a good idea to test, but no it doesn’t work on another page either. And not in a post either. Only the headlines are visible, and clickable, so when I click I can see the film in a popup window.

Ok, very strange. I have done that several times without any thumbs emerging.
I found some strange pictures in the media library, see the link beneath. Could you draw any conclusions from these, about what might be the problem?

I have tried just about everything. And I can’t see any thumbs. Could you please tell me a bit more precis how you did it? Did you use the Builder template with a column, or did you use the standard template for the front static page? And did you just paste the gallery name within straight brackets?

Hello again, it seems like the plugin doesn’t make any thumbnails. Is this because it isn’t compatible with the themes I’ve tried? Could I add some code to make it work?

Hi, thank you for the quick reply. Yes I have contacted Maxgalleria support too, no answer yet. And I’ve also tried without plugin, but I don’t quite get how to use three columns on the front page, each with link to a post, is it possible?

Could the no thumbnail-problem be a fault in the allowance settings for the different folders?

Hello, I have sent an e-mail too, but the response is taking some time. I have enclosed a screen shot as well. And as I said above, in the mobile the videos get cut vertically. They are within the size, but gets horisontal. Not a pretty sight, and about two thirds of the film is not visible. In the plugin settings you can only put the size in pixels since the pixels are outside the box to write in.

Hello, I have the same problem, with the last update of both WP and the plugin, and I have the bought version. It still gets cut vertically on my mobile. And I can only put the width in pixels in the plugin settings. So if I scale the site down to mobile size the video is still 940 pixels.
