Hi, I removed the plugin directory and re-installed it. There was no change.

I did search through our files to see if we’re setting that attribute anywhere and I couldn’t find anything. It looks like it’s being set in the code, not in any css file.

For now I’ve just added a line to our css to display the overflow:

#fancybox-wrap {overflow: visible !important;}

I did some further testing and it appears to work in Chrome and Edge in incognito windows properly. However, using Edge or Safari in regular mode has the Easy Fancybox popup showing after you close the NGG Gallery window.

After some trial and error with different settings, I got it working by checking off the Fieldmap setting “Process Asynchronously”. Now it doesn’t throw the exception and still pushes to Salesforce.

The field I’m updating is (near the bottom)

The weird thing is that the field is updated in Salesforce even though I get that error message when updating the WordPress post.

Nevermind. I deleted the fieldmap and recreated it and now it’s working, showing the values in the dropdown list.

I figured out what the issue was. I was logged in as a super-admin and in that case, the WooCommerce settings don’t show up. When I logged in as a user with regular admin (or shop manager) and not super-admin privileges, then the Settings, Status and Extensions pages were all there.

Strange behaviour that doesn’t appear to be documented anywhere. A super-admin can’t really manage all of the WooCommerce settings, which means that it’s not really a super-admin role (or this is a bug).

I’m trying to add the menu to other users not just Administrators. Maybe I’m not understanding how this is supposed to work. The user is not Admin, but I want them to see the menu.

NOT TRUE.

The latest version did NOT fix this. I still have to go in and periodically clean out the tables with those garbage values.

If you make this claim make sure it’s true!

Seems like the plugin author is filled with empty promises.

I guess there’s not many people that have this plugin installed or at least the people that do don’t realize that the size of their database is constantly increasing at a frightening rate.

I suppose if we’d gone for the paid version of this plugin, the author may actually do something about it.

For one of our sites we decided to scrap this poorly written one and purchase the A3Rev Quotes & Orders plugin – a bit pricey, but an excellent and flexible plugin for managing Quote Requests.
