It seems to work on some links such as

So question 2 should only be shown if the user selects 0-18 years on the first question, so it is a conditional question based on the answer of question 1. However, it seems that I cannot make it required because if someone selects 18-35 or 35 and older the form will not go through since a required question (parents consent) haven’t been answered, but it isn’t shown to the user so it’s a catch 22.
Is this correct that you cannot have required fields if they are conditional? I hope this clarifies my problem

The shortcode I have used on that page is [simple-staff-list] and what you see is only the column headers if you are not logged in. Everything works perfect when logged in..
