I’m getting the same issue but only on a couple of orders. It started happening a few days ago. We are on WP Engine not Siteground. We are using WP Rocket but I have turned off JS Minify since the last failure.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Does what it shouldWell perhaps you should have done a bit more testing and had some more experience before posting your review. Look at the other reviews! This plugin is awful!
FYI – THIS IS NOT RESOLVED!!!
We’ve started getting this problem over the last few days.
We’re not on SiteGround (using WP Engine).
We are using WP Rocket to minify JS.
We’re on 1.9.3.
No worries, it’s all working perfectly now.
It took several hours for the API to start working.
Some documentation on the need for the Google Maps API would be helpful in the Getting Started guide.

In reply to: [Groups] Groups Causes Problems With Tax on Variable ProductsHi Kento
I’m sure that there is no caching on the staging site. Also, when I purged the cache on the live site it did not resolve the problem. However, I must admit that it looks like a caching issue.
The problem has cleared itself on the staging site without any intervention from me. Also, it has not recurred on the live site for a couple of months now.
I had checked location on analytics and user location was being picked up crrectly.
So, it is a weird one but at least it seems to have gone away.

Have you had any more thoughts on this?
If it can’t be fixed we will have to use another plugin.
Many thanks…Peter

In reply to: [Groups] Groups Causes Problems With Tax on Variable ProductsI should have said that we are using WooCommerce.
The geolocation is done through WooCommerce which uses MaxMind.
However, I have turned this off to change default customer location to shop base address but the problem still occurs.
Many thanks…Peter

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Photos Missing from Reviews After UpdateHi Aaron
I’ve been doing exactly the same, inserting an image with a link to the blog about the project for that client – https://www.timber-frame-suppliers.co.uk/reviews-testimonials/.
The images vanished after a recent update and have now reappeared after a further update.
However, the style and class attributes no longer work (as confirmed in your reply above) so the images are appearing full size above the review instead of a thumbnail to the right (I have been using style=”width: 200px; height: 113px; float: right; margin-left: 10px;”).
Would it be possible to update to allow style or class attributes to be specified or is there a workaround?
Many thanks…Peter

I was having exactly the same problem but putting in latitude and longitude fixed it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Continue Shopping] Simply Not WorkingIn the end I had to change the code in the theme template file which had an explicit link to /shop.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Continue Shopping] Simply Not WorkingI did work out that the problem is that the Jupiter theme overrides the cart template and has different code which doesn’t work with this plugin.
