In the user instructions it has been made clear to use only the ‘option’ field form the pricefields in the gravityforms add-on. But there is no amount connected to that field. I can only select that option and then the amount for just 1 is added to the total amount. Actually I need another field ‘amount’ connected the the option I choose. I hope I clarified my question a bit more.

You can do this with the GravityForms add-on. This is an interface (as a plugin) between GravityForms (plugin) and the WooCommerce plugin. There you can make conditional formulas to be used within products (for each one or for a group).

@tukang: this indeed worked in one specific situation in the theme I used. Try Firebug in Firefox to find out the right CSS to find a simular solution. I can be done without any complex modifications.

Found the solution: In custom CSS add the following (at least it worked for me in the #pagelines theme):

label {
display: inline !important;
margin-bottom: 5px;
}

Same thing here (look at https://www.mijnnieuwsmarkt.nl/offerte) after a theme upgrade from Pagelines. In the previous version it was ok.

Same thing here, my customer is asking for this feature. Any plugin which in compatible to both WP and BP and works without modification in any Theme?

In the standard setting everything is indeed centered. You can change that by editting your themes css. I prefer doing that i a child theme. I you don’t use it, change it in your custom css settings in platform pro:
