Works fine again after saving the settings again and clear the cache.
I did see this: <?php $author = get_the_author(); ?>
Would it be possible to modify the plugin a bit amnd that it also sends an expiration mail to the author of the (custom) post?
Another option is to add roles. Now you only added the Administrator role. It would not be that difficult to add roles to the list or choose another one, custom roles included. Could you create that easily in the plug-in?
Thanks,
Peter
Just a standard WordPress custom field. I guess many people would love such a feature. For example to send a notification to the author of a post.
I just updated the feature request in GitHub.
Kind Regards,
Peter

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Classic Editor conflict with cat&tagsHi, I mean that when a new category has been created, it will be selected after the creation. That the deafult situation.
In the current situation the typed-in category seems to do nothing at the time of creation, it is not even in the list. Just after a reload of the post page (in the editor) the new cat appears in the list, but not selected.
After disabling Yoast, everything works as it should. The same happens with tags.

In reply to: [Classic Editor] Classic Editor not Working with CategoriesYes, experienced the same here on a customers site with the Classic Editor. The SEO plugin involved is Yoast. I deactivated the plugin just to test this issue. Since Yoast updates appear very frequently I gues this problem will be solved soon.
But it is not 100% sure if Yoast is causing this, the Clasiic editor could also be the source of the conflict. Please check this……

Yes, it works with CPT’s
Nobody?
That would be great, so that you could use any date field in a CPT post tos et the expire date…… I am curious….

Well, this solved…… I just did forget that I was using a caching plugin (Breeze) here……
