    Hi Prasunsen,

I’ve reinstated your admin rights so feel free to sign into my site and look around…. I just checked the mailing list and the tables and your latest sign in does not appear to be in either location. I did however receive a “blank” subscription notification from the blog signup form.

I also deactivated and reactivated the plugin per your suggestion.

Also, to backup a bit… my day 0 auto responder email came to me OK but Day 1 has not come out….

    Frustrating to say the least…

    Any suggestions ?

    Pete.

    Hi Prasunsen,

I appreciate your looking and signing up…

In your email to me you mention I may be confusing WordPress Registered Users with BFT Registered Users and that I need to have a form for BFT subscribers. I do have a BFT Form in the right side sidebar. I also have no way for people to register for the blog through the “wordpress register” as I unchecked register in wordpress when I installed BFT. The 37 wordpress users have always been there until I implemented the BFT signup form.

Question : Did u sign up through my form on the blog or from the admin area for the mailing list? Signing up from the admin area works fine…

I just checked the tables and yes you are there. I also checked the tables for the latest three registrants (after your sign up) from the sign up form and they are not there…

Ok….. Have we exhausted all the trouble shooting ideas to try and solve this?

    Again… I appreciate your help efforts….

    Pete.

    Hi Prasunsen,

I gave you access to my site as requested… I then received notification of your subscribing to the site and I checked the mailing list in WordPress. You are not there.

So I went looking for you in the table “wp_8pgdyg_bft_users”.

You are not in the table either. I’ve left it all alone for now pending your viewing and suggestions…..

Thanks for taking the time to look….

    Pete.

    Hi Prasunsen,

I received the notification of subscription email and decided to ensure they were in the list. No I did not see them in the mailing list in WordPress so I went looking for them in the table “wp_8pgdyg_bft_users”.

They were not in the table either so I manually entered three of them from the sign up form created in BFT and they then appeared in both the WordPress mailing list and the last three records in the table “wp_8pgdyg_bft_users” immediately.

Thus I figure I have something wrong in my install ??

    Don’t know much about this…. ??

    Any suggestions?

    Pete.

Sorry I don’t speak the techno language too well…. I went back in and looked at the tables again and figured out how to mass delete the addresses I needed to get rid of.

Again… Thanks for your help and patience and I’ll wait for my trial newsletters to complete the cycle and will upgrade my free BFT Plug In.

Is there any chance you will be offering a January special on the $87.00 Pro offer ???

Happy New Year To You Coming Up…

    Pete.

Hmmmm…. I’m sorry but I do not understand what you are instructing me to do. I am not experienced in working in this area but am learning.

Here’s a thought. I went to phpmyadmin and found table wp_bft_users and “viewed” id. I then clicked on the email table and exported it to a excel csv file. This file contains about 8 columns of stuff. I was able to delete all the “names” rows from the “email” column rather quickly and now have just the emails in my csv file. Looking good…

But… I have not imported it back yet as I’m not sure of the settings to use when I look at the import screen in phpmyadmin. I think I import it as a “csv” “;” delimited file? Hmmm…

Worst case scenario ? If I screw this import up in phpmyadmin than the best option would be to empty the table and then reimport back in wordpress BFT Autoresponder and live with the restarting of the email sequence for everyone?

I hope this makes some kind of sense to you… and I do appreciate you patience and help.

Good work… Much quicker to deal with it now… ??

Ok…. Thanks for the explanation. The reason I asked is that I had a small list of 500 people and then I imported 500 more from another list and forgot to change the columns. Now I have 500 that need to be deleted and am doing it one by one…. ??

To bad I was testing this out importing both sets on the same day… ??

Is there a better way to fix this error without resending all mails to everyone by deleting and reimporting everyone?

I went to phpmyadmin but cannot figure out what to alter to delete the csv imported addresses…

What exactly do I need to do?

Thanks much and Merry Christmas !

Thank You…. I seem to be learning something new everyday and it Un-installed just fine. Once I get things smoothed out on the site, I’ll be re-installing it.

OK….. I made an error in the url address inclusion on the themes page. I’ve fixed the error and it seems to be working fine now. I’ll test it in a day or so again….

Update… Hmmmm… I created a new post and the white screen that says “invalid feed request. Error 400” is now back.

    Thread Starter Peter Butschek

    (@peter-butschek)

I disabled all the plug ins and refreshed the page. When clicking on the Meta : “Entries RSS” and “Comments RSS” I now get a white page with a whole bunch of text on it which looks like feed text.

I then activated all the plug ins one by one and am still able to see the feeds text on the white pages.

However, I cannot get the “Orange Feeds Icon” back where it used to be. Any help you can provide is appreciated….

    Pete.
