PS Weirdly it’s the same after browser and system restarts across both Safari & Chrome on my MacBook and also on Chrome & IE on my old desktop pc – the app icons won’t respond at all

Sorry, maybe I didn’t explain too well…

The problem’s not affecting visitors to my site, it’s affecting the SumoMe app in my WP dashboard.

The same as Michelle described:

“I am unable to get the List Builder app to open. The blue crown app menu opens up, but nothing inside the menu will open other than the store. I just see a red X hovering over the top right corner of the List Builder icon.”

It’s the same with all the icons after I click the blue crown: SmartBar, ScrollBox, settings, even the notifications button and the SumoStore.

Hi, I’m having the same problem now on Chrome and Safari, on both Mac & PC.

When I click on any of the icons after the blue crown – even that sometimes doesn’t work – they don’t respond. I’m on WordPress 4.1.1 running Enterprise Pro Theme. It was fine last week when I installed, now I can’t access any of the apps.
