In reply to: Unable to Install PluginsAlso, you could add this line of code anywhere in the root file:
wp-config.php
define( 'WP_TEMP_DIR', ABSPATH . 'wp-content/tmp/') ;
and create a new folder named “tmp” inside:
/wp-content/

In reply to: Unable to Install PluginsHave you checked if your wp-content folder has proper permissions? Change the “wp-content” (and subfolders) permissions to 755.

In reply to: [ManageWP Worker] NEVER worksHello,
This is Petar, I am the Head of Customer Happiness Team at ManageWP and I am really sorry to hear that you had this kind of experience with our product and with my team.
I went through your previous support ticket and the Facebook message that you mentioned, from what I am able to see, my teammate Milos already addressed all the issues that you experienced.
It looks like you have more than one ManageWP account and that is the reason why your card is still being charged – one of these accounts still has the active subscription (please take a look at the support ticket, there is a more detailed explanation, as I won’t mention here mail addresses connected to these accounts).
In case I can help anyhow further, you can contact me directly at [email protected], or submit a support ticket, my team is there to help 24/7.
Wish you all the best.
