Hi Shamim,

Apologies, it appears that it may not be a conflict afterall. I thought that was initially the case when i was testing.

I’ve tried going to Dashboard > Pages after deactivating Duplicate Post and it still hangs on a white page; it appears that it may be an issue with memory (first time with this error, but then again, i’m a n00b at this :))

Just an update, don’t now believe this is an issue with the plugin, moreso a plugin conflict with the plugin “Duplicate Post”.

Never had an issue previous. Any assistance would be great,

Generally, so long as the link is correct, a guest or a signed in user can view the content on stream.

I’m literally going to each respective site, copying the code from their sites (the embed provided) and posting this into the elementor box via “custom html” as i’ve always done.

If i were to do the same on a normal “classic” editor without logging into our site, it works perfectly.

Competely agree with the other stuff though – for these sites, i’ve never had an issue especially with Elementor.

Going through the sites error log and we’ve got this:

I’ve tried this across a few different browsers (Edge, Firefox & Chrome along with Safari on iOS) and its the same across all browsers.

I’ve just installed JavaScript Errors Notifier for Chrome as per your advice and its showing as having no errors on the page.

I’ve also noticed that ReCaptcha isn’t showing for Ultimate Member also; beginning to wonder if its a host issue?

Any further advice or even how to completely reset / remove and restart would be appreciated.

Afternoon guys…

We’ve been trying to resolve the issues ourselves, however we’re still no further forward.

We’ve deactivated and rolled back Elementor plugin in case this was the issue, unfortunately this is not the case

We’re now seeing this when loading any wordpress page:

Warning: session_start(): open(/home/sites/pesonline.co.uk/tmp//sess_55i0ck7vta4brh9isqu2e9dej3, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in /home/sites/pesonline.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wise-chat/src/dao/user/WiseChatUserSessionDAO.php on line 95

Due to this, we’ve deactivated the plugin.

Sincerely hoping you can assist as this plugin is exactly what we’ve been looking for such a long time ??

Just as an update, i’ve used the CSS from another thread here:

.cloud-city-dash_title {
bottom: -2em;
}

replacing cloud-city with hoth

.hoth-dash_title {
bottom: -2em;
}

shows no change, however if i place the em as a positive number, the text is removed.

I’m revisiting this as our previous competition ended.

When you say, front end forms, is this something available within Sportspress?

You’ll have to forgive me for the Naivety; the blocking of users is fine, i have a plugin, but regards the frontend forms – doing some reading, is this Pro version only?
