    Thank you, I will keep track of updates for the plugin. In the meantime I will duplicate and change content in each language.

    Indeed I want to translate content that appears in front (so n°2).
    I have already tested WPML (I already own a licence for multiple sites) and WPML doesn’t recognize texts inside BlockLab (for example : Learn more)…
    Will this be something you will be working on ?

    thank you for your answer !

    In the checkout page that you saw, the button is correctly working, the problem is in the next page when you want to order and before going to payment you can choose the type of debit/credit card to use.

    And instead of having those dedit/credit card I have a “0”. (there should be a form type POST).

    I understand that the problem might be from the payment gateway (WoocommerceAtos). But I wanted to make sure that the problem wasn’t going from woocommerce.
    The thing is that in the “production” site, there is the problem and in the “development” site I don’t have the problem (with same version of plugins, themes in the two sites).

    I will be contacting the support team from the payment gateway.

    Hello, thank you for your answer.
    Yes I saw the problem on previous posts …
    But everything worked for me. I updated each plugin with the latest version available (since I posted my question, there were some new ones) and now each page loads very well.

    Yes, all the translated templates were properly assigned and the translations were correct also.
    I solved the problem by following those exact steps :
    – create the french template, assign a product category
    – translate that template, save it
    – then delete the assigned product category (the translated template was keeping for the french category and not showing the english categories)
    – save the template
    – refresh the template page (several times) and then the translated categories were showing up in the “assign” screen of elementor.

    I though I had to give no instance for the translated template to work but no.
    It was a weird behavior but everything seems to work now;

    Thank you for your answer.
    Yes I have the latest version of Elementor (2.6.6) and Elementor Pro (2.6.0).
    Yes, it is also the latest version of Polylang (2.6.2) and the version of Polylang connect for Elementor is 1.0.0.

    In incognito mode every page that does not load are working, but the page isn’t clean because every other plugins are deactivated in that mode…

    Lorsque je vais dans une commande au statut “Terminé” où le client a cliqué sur “Demander” puis “Imprimer” pour recevoir la facture, le bouton “Print return label” ne fonctionne pas (comme les autres). Par contre, le lien sous “Vers étiquette retour” lui fonctionne bien et l’étiquette de retour est complète (à l’inverse de l’étiquette d’expédition).
    Il y a un soucis avec les boutons de “Print” qui récupère les informations de Colissimo.
    Une idée d’où peut provenir le problème?

    Merci pour votre retour,
    1) Pour le retour colis, nous avons créé un statut après le statut Terminé que nous avons nommé “Livré” (pour que l’administrateur du site puisse avoir un aper?u plus clair des commandes re?ues). Est-ce possible d’ajouter l’action du retour colis sur ce nouveau statut ? Une logique plus en amont ne nous conviendra pas, il faudrait que la personne ai re?u son colis (statut livré) pour voir l’option de renvoi.
    2)Oui, pour le bouton URLs Label, le fichier PDF est cassé à chaque commande test. Je vais contacter le service colissimo, merci. Enfin, pour le PDF du bouton “Imprimer” avez-vous une solution ?

    Pour le retour de colis, je vois appara?tre le bouton “Demander” puis “Imprimer” lorsque la commande est sur le statut Terminé. Est-il possible de faire appara?tre cette action sur un autre statut de la commande ?
    Aussi, le PDF que l’on télécharge en cliquant sur “Imprimer” est endommagé et donc non ouvrable.

    Egalement lorsque je souhaite cliquer sur “URLs Label”, le PDF téléchargé est endommagé, pas moyen de l’ouvrir, je ne sais donc pas s’ils sont identiques ou non .
