Dear Mohsin, in the survey setup panel just set the following setting to false:

Activate the survey
Activate the survey to start collecting data. If the poll is off, you will not see the frontend and the statistics will not be saved

You can import the CSV file into Excel or similar. By doing this you can create pivots or filters to combine the extrapolated data.

The plugin foresees many types of questions, even the numerical evaluation. You can choose the level you want to give to your ladder. In a pop-up it may not work properly as a plug-in that uses Javascript may conflict with some functionality. Then it depends on the pop-up and how this was done.

Yes, you can click on the individual user and enter the specific one, then click download survey. You will have a csv file with the data of the selected user only
