So after investigating I noticed that the “Save Chnges” button is not working on your settings page. When I add the API or tick an option in the Default tab it will not save the option.

Please assist in resolving this problem.

Ok- I repaired this.

The solution is that if you have previous popups created and try clone, then it will not work. but if you manually add new and copy the settings across then all will work.

The issue is that in the clone process it does not clone the “display” or “event” rules across correctly.

Just for your update, I have been running your popup builder for over 2 years on this site and most of these popups were implamented well over 3 months ago working perfectly. When i did the plugin update that is when all went wrong.

Oringinally your plugin event handler dropdown would be a blank first option where as now you made it an “onload” event. So all 90 popups of my clients are no longer triggering by “class” but “onload”. I will now have to adjust it to the new update handler called “set by CSS class”.

Please adjust this for the next upgrade as I am sure there will be more people bringing this to your attention.

Thanks for the plugin it works very well. I would also like the option to have the default not selected as when a form is sent it adds the field as default USA and that becomes confusing to the recipient of the email.

Let me know when this update could be available.

Is there a way if you have only one Album/gallery that the user does not need to select an Album/gallery as it is default.

Hi, I keep getting a “required-category error” when uploading as it does not allow me to select a category dropdown. It only displays a “Create Category – Admin” in the selection field. What am i doing wrong?

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me, i have commented that code out from scripts.js and still have the same issue. Any other advice appreciated.

I have the same problem. I can shuffle the order in the “Attributes” but after I save and update they revert to alphabetical.

Anybody have a solution.

Hi and thanks for the quick response.

I think my main objective is to create a picking ticked for the orders and need to keep it simple, so SKU seemed like the best way.

So if you have a work around for a simple product order to go to an email for the order then I would be keen to know.
