Please, upgrade it and make sure that, in your case, the setup should be the following
Place holder for variation data: .product_meta

Other fields should be ok on default.

Thank you for the notification on this issue. In fact changes made on TinyMCE resulted on striping out part of the code used by GMT for tracking.

If not, you problem can be related with some sort of delay loading the JS file.

We were analyzing the issue and we came to the conclusion that this is caused by a script that you might had added on GTM.

It seems that it was made for handling data cross domains, GTM adds the required info to the url so they can keep track.

Same script as mentioned in this post is running the site when someone clicks a link: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/tag-manager/soDPzU-fGLg/lAzOrkYntKwJ

Try to remove this script and we are confident that it will solve the problem.
