@fun-joel _. I’ve gone through previous discussion. I don’t think it’s a problem about NextGEN. It’s a updated plugin so I don’t think it can create a problem.

It’s not about any specific plugin. Follow below steps:

1. Change plugin folder name to other name.
2. You just need to activate your child theme.
3. Undo plugin folder to earlier one.
4. Activate all plugins one by one.

Once you active any plugin, check website. You will get the cause if any plugin creating the issues.

Because 4 days ago, I got an email from your side when I’ve complained about dokan. In which you suggested this theme. Theme URL is: https://themeforest.net/item/victo-ecommerce-marketplace-wordpress-theme/20728619?s_rank=40

Now you are trying to round in circle so why? That’s not fare to blame theme author without know the issues. Even theme is not customized while you suggest theme very compatible with Dokan. You should be note this point as well.

I don’t think it should be a problem to purchase theme where your team is suggested. Now you should keep your words.

You should accept the problem because it’s happened from Dokan plugin. is matter to purchase any service to you and then can only accept the problem from your side and you can be easily ready to sort it out?

Hope you should understand the problem. I’m a new customer but you should help me to sort-out the issues. Instead of solve the problem to run away, that’s not a fare for a good trust-able company. I don’t think…..How can I trust on you again.
