Thank you for your reply. When I set the parallax speed to 0 parrallax is disabled and the background scrolls with the page as normal. I’ve tried setting it to 0.1 but it’s very jumpy. Is there another way to make the background image fixed?

Sorry for the slow reply. I have tried deactivating all other plugins. This is how I discovered it was an issue with the Polylang plugin.
